The hotel was a great deal for the price we paid.
The hot tub was not working th first night, they fixed it and it was broken again in the morning.
Avery good deal for the price we paid. The only drawbacks were that the hot tub was broken, one of the bed skirts was dirty, and the pool had a strange smell a little like cigars.

Fantastic view of Chicago, great staff, and very friendly.
Nothing.
The first room I was given only had one bed. We had two children with us and I asked for a room with two beds. They quickly accommodated us. The entire place was immaculate. It was wonderful.

I loved walking into the lobby each night where different color orchids were displayed.
The morning staff forgot to leave the complimentary water in my room. I had to ask twice to receive.
Overall the hotel was a beautiful place to stay and the staff was very pleasant. They not only wanted to see to your every need, they extended a free breakfast to all for their restaurant was not available for the first two mornings of my staff. I found this more than generous. ...read more
